DESCRIPTION:
This class is designed for new and returning intermediate students, as well as any advanced student who would like to work on these topics.  If you have not performed veil at the INTERMEDIATE level, this is the correct class for you during the Spring of 2024.   Gina will purchase the silk veil for you.  This choreography will have both a veil section and a drum solo (not at the same time).  Working with a silk veil is a bit different than working with a chiffon veil.  The choreography will be finished in the late summer and/or fall for local students who choose  to perform it in the show.  This class will be taught in person, it will also be broadcast live online, and replays will be made available to everyone who is enrolled.  Local students should make every effort to attend live.  This is a required class in the intermediate level sequence  (including multiple technique semesters, veil, cane and zills) prior to or concomitant with taking any intermediate or advanced classes during 2024.  Masks are optional.

COST:  $120 once per month  (including silk veil) for two months beginning the day you register.  There are only two payments for this semester as we reserve August for costume payments only.  The registration deadline is June 1 (due to my need to order  veils for you), after which time the price goes up $10 per month.  Please note that we cannot offer refunds, discounts for missed classes (although we encourage make-ups for this class in Beginner classes), transfers of registration/credit to other students, or refunds due to instructor illness, weather rescheduling or power outages.
