CLASSES TAUGHT BY GINA WILL BE FILMED. IF YOU ARE ABSENT DUE TO WEATHER, THE LINK TO THE CLASS WILL BE SENT TO YOU.
This class is designed for a.) students who are moving from Beginner Basics classes to Level 2, b.) second year intermediate students, and c.) those who would like a refresher course on Level 2 fundamentals. It will develop the skills that form the foundation for Intermediate Level belly dance. There will not be any ongoing, week-to-week choreography. Instead, we will work on posture, more challenging moves, layering, and more involved combinations. This class is mandatory prior to work with props such as veil, finger cymbals and cane and it both begins and reinforces at mid-point the 6 semester progression that comprises Intermediate Belly Dance training. Each class begins with core exercises. Please see FAQ’s below for what to bring as you’ll need some accessories for class. This class will be team taught between Gina and Michelle.
PLEASE NOTE: All classes above beginner level require instructor permission (by email).
LOCATION: Hanover Rec Center (Richard W. Black Center), Hanover, NH
