DESCRIPTION:
This is the class you’ve been waiting for. Lighted hip scarves, fans, fan veils, and wings (at a minimum.) This will be the final piece in our 20th Anniversary Show. Everyone will get a small handheld lit fan to keep, and access to lighted isis wings or a lighted fan veil. The wings and veils will be shared and they are included in the price of class. You will leave class owning one or the other (luck of the draw on this). This will be a big splashy piece involving as many dancers as possible. This being the case, please be advised that the class will be very focused on the creation of a group choreography (to the extent that we can do so before people make firm decisions about fall participation.) Dancers will be filtering on and off stage. It is not possible for everyone to be on stage all at the same time with very large props. We’ve done this with large props in the past, but I just want to be clear that this is not a group choreography which is reduceable to a solo, nor a solo choreographed for many, all on stage at the same time.

COST:
$85 per month (includes “mini handheld” lit fan and either a pair of lighted wings or a single lighted fan veil) once per month for three months, beginning the day you register. The registration deadline is Friday March 15 due to the need to pre-purchase props. The price goes up to $95/month after March 15. Please note that we cannot offer refunds, discounts for missed classes (although we encourage make-ups at other locations), transfers of registration/credit to other students, or refunds due to instructor illness, weather rescheduling or power outages.
