WHEN: Tuesdays, January 13 – March 3, no class February 10.  Please note that snow days will result in Tuesdays added on to the semester (either Feb 10, March 10 or March 17).

DESCRIPTION:
This class is designed for new and returning Intermediate students, as well as any other advanced student who would like to work on Intermediate technique.  If you were a beginner in Show 2024 or Show 2025 this is the correct class for you to take.  If you were a beginner in Show 2023 you can take this class if you like (as can anyone).   All students take this class 2-3x.  (If you are unsure if you should be taking the class, do reach out).  The main focus of this class is introducing, drilling, and strengthening the foundations for Level 2 Belly Dance.  Posture, arms, hands, muscle control, fluidity, grace, layering, isolations and complex combinations create the framework this class.  This class will be taught in person and it will also be broadcast live online.  Replays will be made available to everyone who is enrolled.  The material is foundational to further Intermediate and Advanced study.  It is strongly suggested that local students show up in person.  This is a required class in the Intermediate level sequence  (including multiple technique semesters, veil, cane and zills) prior to taking any other Intermediate or Advanced classes during 2025.

COST:  $70 once per month for three months beginning the day you register.  There are three payments for this semester.  The registration deadline is Friday, January 9, after which time the price goes up $10 per month.  Please note that we cannot offer refunds, discounts for missed classes (although we encourage make-ups for this class in Beginner classes), transfers of registration/credit to other students, or refunds due to instructor illness, weather rescheduling or power outages.
